Walk Out to Winter..

Hi folks

Its Simon from The Pop-Up Geography Shop here. Welcome to the twenty first post of the ‘Slow Geography Club’ – Geography for the soul. The concept being some slow release geography that you can help you ease into Winter and the joys of Christmas Shopping! (Not too much AI was harmed in the making of this mailshot, though it should have been, as you can tell.)

As always, the aim is to indulge yourself in some carefree Geography as pure escapism from the working week. As the nights draw in, I want to encourage you to get outside, so to speak.

Oh, as it is the festive season, I’ve including a bunch of presents for you, just click on the attachments at the bottom of this post. There is a ‘Slow Geography Club – Calendar for the Soul’, which as you can imagine, doesn’t have any dates on it. Why should it?!! And a lovely festive poster bundle to warm your cockles. The theme of this mailshot is all about Bothies, more specifically, the joys of staying in a bothy or a cabin in the type of pleasant winter weather we have been experiencing in the UK. So, buckle up and let’s enjoy the ride…

PS: I still want to keep you in the loop about The Pop-Up Geography Shop. It’s been a busy time for me creating content, researching and developing products and generally being a human guinea pig, stress testing sites. Basically, doing all the stuff you can’t do in a work environment and/or with limited time at weekends. The AI guide is writhing beast, so to speak, and it will be launching in the New Year. I’ll keep you updated. I’m also having a serious think about improving and growing ‘The Slow Geography Club’ into something bigger and better. Again, I’ll need your help, and will keep you posted on developments.
